Hawthorne Scholastic Academy (HSA) is a Magnet school in Lakeview that draws more than 600 students from all over the Chicago area. Our PTA provides funding for a wide range of expenses and programs that enables close to 98% of Hawthorne's budget to go toward teacher and staff salary. Financial assistance is essential for technology, teacher supplies, arts programming, athletics, field trips, community activities, as well as staff and administration needs.
