​HSA Neurodiverse Caregivers Group
Community Play Date | Friday, May 10th

We are hosting a community play date on Friday, May 10th at Margaret Donahue Park (Cubs Park), 1230 W School St. from 4:30pm-6pm. Friends and family are welcome! We will have snacks, so please RSVP here so we have a rough headcount. 

If you are interested in learning more about the HSA NCG, please fill out our Google form and we will include you in our next zoom meeting, and be sure to check out our Facebook page!

​HSA x Chicago Fire Outing ⚽
Join the HSA community on Saturday, June 1st at 7:30 pm as the Chicago Fire take on the LA Galaxy. Please complete the form below to join your Hawthorne friends! Note: We expect these tickets to sell out fast, so please be sure you order the amount you need upfront!
