7th Grade Parents! Don't miss this chance to congratulate your 2011 graduate. Place an ad on the month or week of his/her birthday. Show your child how proud you are of his or her amazing achievements at Hawthorne!
Ad placement is on a first come, first serve basis. Though we try to accommodate your first choice, we cannot guarantee placement. The deadline for all ads is August 8, 2010. All proceeds support Hawthorne PTA.
Family Ad Options:
Monthly Page ($100) - Choose your favorite month and have your child or family ad placed here. This full page ad will be placed opposite the monthly calendar of your choice. The family ad has a title across the top naming the people in your photo, which you provide. Under your photo is space for a caption containing a special message or quote you provide, as well as a "signature" line indicating who it is from. The caption can be up to 400 characters.
Weekly Page ($100) – Do you have a special week in mind? The size and layout is the same as the Monthly ad but it is located opposite the weekly calendar of your choice.
Standard Page ($50) – New Option. These half page family ads feature the same general layout as the larger ads. However the ad placement cannot be chosen. The caption line can be up to 50 character spaces.
Back Cover ($500) – The prime ad in the whole book! Perfect for that professional photo of your child or family. This is the only ad page printed in full color. SOLD

Hi-resolution images larger than 400 KB are required for good quality printing. No cell phone photos please.

Business Ad Option:
What a smart way for business owners to develop their relationship with the Hawthorne Community and increase sales. The business ads will focus on restaurant and in-store, year-long Hawthorne discounts to partner with our community- Shop Local, Save Local. We have seen that our active, Hawthorne moms carry and refer to their school calendars continuously throughout the school year, making it the perfect tool for businesses to offer discounts and attract new customers from our 350+ families.
Full Page Business Ad ($200) - This is a full page 8.5" h x 5" w, black and white ad. Your ad copy can be as large as 7" high by 4.5" wide. Please provide a print-ready ad that fits within these dimensions.
